Forbidden Fruit reimagines one of the oldest symbols of temptation. Rather than representing guilt, the fruit becomes a celebration of nature's generosity—its colors, sweetness and abundance.

 

Growing up, many women learn that virtue lies in restraint: eat less, want less, take up less space. This painting asks a different question. What if desire is not something to overcome, but something that guides us towards a fuller life? What if nourishment—in every sense of the word—was never the problem?
