Prints and paper artworks cannot be shipped with any other items!
They have a different shipping methods as they are a larger letter not a parcel and have to be shipped separately so please purchase separately.
PAYMENT

We ship worldwide. Custom costs are never included
Additional costs may incur in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the Buyer. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs).
RIGHT TO CANCEL, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Choose carefully as Kinga Jakabffy does not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. THE SIZE CHART FOR CLOTHES IS ONLINE, PLEASE CHECK IT AND DECIDE ACCORDINGLY.
Shipping is expensive and has an impact on the environment. Let's keep it to a minimum.
24 Hours: Buyers are entitled to the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order (including full payment of the product price). After 24 hours the shipment of the purchased product will be prepared.
In case of wishing to cancel the purchase after 24 hours, the Seller reserves the right to keep 15% of the product price before canceling the order.
If the product you bought turns out to be faulty please contact us via info(at)kingajakabffy.com within 30 days after purchase and we will ensure to give a refund or reduction of price.
Citizens of the European Union have the legal right to cancel and return orders within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The Buyer must pay all return shipping fees.

SHIPPING
Goods are generally delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer, unless agreed otherwise PRIOR to shipping the products.
Before ordering please check estimated delivery time for your country/region.
All packages are sent with Austria Post.
Kinga Jakabffy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
Any lost orders without tracking are unable to be located. Kinga Jakabffy is not responsible for any lost items.
The Buyer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Kinga Jakabffy marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Kinga Jakabffy does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
Unfortunately Kinga Jakabffy cannot be responsible if you get charged extra to collect your parcel due to your country's custom system.
Personal collection is possible after explicit agreement via email.

RESERVATION OF PROPRIETY RIGHTS
If the Seller provides advance deliveries, he retains title of ownership to the delivered goods, until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.
COPYRIGHTS
According to Austrian copyright law, copyrights of all artworks and designs remain with Kinga Jakabffy, regardless of ownership of the product. The products must not be changed.
GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
If not agreed otherwise, all gift cards and vouchers are valid for 2 years from purchasing date. Gift cards and vouchers can be transferred to other people, however, they can only be used once and only one per purchase.
Individual products may be excluded from the voucher campaign.
The goods value should meet at least the amount of the voucher. The Seller will not refund remaining assets. If the value of the voucher is not enough for the order, the Client may choose one of the remaining payment methods offered by the Seller to pay the difference.
The voucher credit will not be redeemed in cash and is not subject to any interest.
The voucher will not be redeemed, if the Buyer, in the context of his legal right to cancel, returns goods paid fully or partially by a campaign voucher.

Conclusion of the contract
The product descriptions in Kinga Jakabffy (Seller) online shop do not constitute binding offers on the part of the Seller, but merely serve the purpose of submitting a binding offer by the Buyer.
After having placed the selected goods and/or services in the virtual basket and by clicking the button finalizing the order process, the Buyer submits a legally binding offer of contract with regard to the goods and/or services contained in the shopping cart.
The Seller may accept the Buyer’s offer within five working days,
- by transferring a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in written form (fax or e-mail); insofar receipt of order confirmation by the Buyer is decisive, or
- by delivering ordered goods to the Buyer; insofar receipt of goods by the customer is decisive, or
- by requesting the Buyer to pay after he placed his order.
Provided that several of the aforementioned alternatives apply, the contract shall be concluded at the time when one of the aforementioned alternatives firstly occurs. Should the Seller not accept the Buyer’s offer within the aforementioned period of time, this shall be deemed as rejecting the offer with the effect that the Buyer is no longer bound by his statement of intent.
Emails
Order processing and contacting usually takes place via e-mail and automated order processing. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address he provides for the order processing is accurate so that e-mails sent by the Seller can be received at this address. Particularly, it is the Buyer's responsibility, if SPAM filters are used, to ensure that all e-mails sent by the Seller or by third parties commissioned by the Seller with the order processing can be delivered.
APPLICABLE LAW
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties under exclusion of the laws governing the international purchase of movable goods.
Alternative dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides on its website the following link to the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
This platform shall be a point of entry for out-of-court resolutions of disputes arising from online sales and service contracts concluded between consumers and traders.
The Seller is neither obliged nor prepared to attend a dispute settlement procedure before an alternative dispute resolution entity.
PRIVACY POLICY
In order to fulfill your order, Kinga Jakabffy needs your name, address and email. These are mandatory for invoicing. By placing an order, you agree to giving this data to Kinga Jakabffy. This data is not used for any other purpose and it is never shared with any other party that is not necessary for completing the order.
You can request information on what data we have stored and demand deletion at any point. However, Kinga Jakabffy is legally obligated for tax purposes to keep all invoices for at least 7 years after your payment has been completed.
Please note, that as the Kinga Jakabffy store is connected with Facebook and Instagram, Facebook Pixel, a third-party cookie may collect and share customers’ browsing behavior on the online store. Browser-based ad blockers can prevent the pixel from collecting data.
